The location is mind-blowing with jaw-dropping views of the sea and Sanguinaires Islands from the balcony. The heated outdoor pool and sauna facilities are super relaxing. The studio apartment offers a great view, all necessary facilities, and a comfortable bed. The staff is incredibly helpful and the breakfast buffet is easy-going. It's convenient to have a fridge, microwave, and cooking facilities in the apartment. The nearby beaches are phenomenal and easily accessible by bus.

Very nice apartment. Clean, quiet. Nice large balcony on ground floor. Wonderful photographs on all the walls and corridors. It would be nice if the gift shop would sell a book with these pictures, so you also know where they were taken. Building has nice energy saving measures. Parking garage was safe, clean and nice to have. It was hard to maneuver.

The bathroom could use some shelves for toothbrushes, etc. cnn and/or bbc World on the television would have been welcome. Large building is very hard to negotiate (it is easy to lose your way).

The hotel is located in a peaceful area close to the Sanguinaires Islands, making it a perfect spot for island viewing. the small beach near the hotel restaurant was a nice addition. the rooms had spacious balconies with great views and air conditioning.

One aspect of the hotel was less than desirable.

Lovely views of the bay, and one side has views of les iles sanguinaires, which is even better. Comfortable beds, even the fold out sofa. Pool was great, nice balconies, little kitchen was kind of challenging to cook a big meal, but you can plan around that. Wi-fi worked fine from our balcony, too.

The hotel is still really new and parts are still under construction, but it was certainly not noisy or messy. The wheelchair ramps in the courtyard are almost a hazard, though. And I liked the swallows.

Location was great out of the city and traffic and fairly quiet as well our room overlooked the sea and the view was amazing

Spent the Christmas holiday at a resort with stunning sea views. the balcony was my favorite spot, with sun beds to bask in the sun. the swimming pool was well-maintained and inviting. Great location with easy access to local beaches and restaurants. There were laundry facilities on site, which came in handy. the kitchen was basic but adequate.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the terrace floor needed sprucing up. the A/C heat exchanger pointed to the terrace, which made it challenging to use the outdoor space during warmer hours.

The location is excellent and the pool is an added bonus. The parking is convenient as you can park according to your floor. We stayed in a 1-bedroom appartment, which was small but convenient. It lacked drawers and closet space to put clothes though. The terrace is lovely and the kitchen, although small, is also very convenient.

The staff is not very helpful, and it seemed as if we were disturbing them whenever we needed information. At arrival, they were only interested in getting our credit card details and making us pay for the stay immediately, rather than welcoming us and giving us proper information about the résidence. We did not appreciate having to pay for bathroom towels, eventhough we knew we had too. There is also a 35€ cleaning fee that we also knew about, and thus were surprised when we were told we still had to clean the appartment! They also could improve on the breakfast, as both coffee and croissants are simply awful. In the appartment, more closet space and small bedside lamps would be very useful.

Smart, comfortable apartment, basic needs catered to - perfect base for our family summer holiday. Staff were extremely helpful, smiley and spoke fantastic English - thank goodness as my French was more than rusty! Kids loved the pool, table-tennis table and meeting other children.

Apartment had a dishwasher, which we never could have filled to use - a small oven would have been much more useful to us for the nights we did stay in and cater.

The location on the sea shore in a cove provides stunning views from the rooms, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful seaside scenery. The staff provides good service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, with lovely seaside views, and the breakfast included offers a variety of delicious food.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

I like a comfort of the apartment, big terrace, swimming pool, nice view, quietness, garage near apartment, nice staff.

I didn't like a smell in the corridor. I prefer more flexibility about arrangement ( I have breakfast included, but I couldn’t cancel it), more information about possibilities of using things that are advertised ( fitness wasn’t available, also massage...)

Incredible views on the sea, the iles des sanguinaires and the swimming pool. Free parking space where you leave your car on the same level as your apartment (very convenient for luggage). Brand new complex, especcially focused on couples with small children. However, with exception of the swimming pool and the table tennis, there is absolutely no entertainment for children. Staff was friendly and polite.

Extremely small studio in the corner. We had to share our balcony with another apartment, so zero privacy. We hardly could turn around in the room itself. No light in the kitchen. Only one small open closet which was put in the kitchen (imagine the smell in your clothes). Very expensive wireless internet in the room.

The sea view from my balcony was amazing. The outdoor pool was comfortably heated. I loved having a fridge, microwave, and cooking facilities in my room. The breakfast buffet was easy-going and delicious.

The location was central and facing the sea. The apartment was very well equipped and modern.

The whole hotel was in a continous renovation mode. Everywhere you faced not completed work - in the garage, the swimming pool area or the stairway/elevator. The breakfast buffet was rather limited. You need to have a car to get to the nearby beaches.
